TOWN OF LITCHFIELD
WARNING OF REFERENDUM
NOVEMBER 8, 2022
Pursuant to Connecticut General Statutes, Sec. 21a-422g, the electors of the Town of Litchfield are hereby warned to meet at their respective polling places in said town on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, for the following purpose:
To cast their vote on the following question for approval or disapproval, a vote of “YES” being a vote of approval and a vote of “NO” being a vote of disapproval upon the following question:
“Shall the sale of recreational marijuana be allowed in the Town of Litchfield?”
The location and hours of operation of the polling places will be provided in a forthcoming warning of the regular election to be held on Tuesday, November 8, 2022. Optical scan machines will be used. Absentee ballots will be available.
