Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of Litchfield, Connecticut will
hold a public hearing on November 21, 2022 at 7:00 PM at the Town Hall Annex 80 Doyle
Road, Bantam, CT for proposed amendments to the Litchfield Zoning Regulations for:
Repeal Appendix D, Add new Appendix D: Prohibition of Cannabis Establishments or Add new
Appendix HH: Allow the sale of Cannabis Products by Special Exception in RC District Only
Amend General Standards and Requirements Section D for Installation of Non-Residential Use of Level 2 and Higher Electric Vehicle Charging Stations
Amend Special Structures: Section BB: Solar Energy Systems
Allowing Multi-family Housing in C-202 and GR Districts
