Work out with us outside in the fresh air and sunshine- no more staring at a zoom class screen and feeling stressed!
Come outside and not only get fit again but benefit from the Vitamin D that will help with the release of those “feel-good” endorphins! Be safe outside with the space and fresh air! Studies show that when you work out outside you relieve stress, burn more calories and exercise longer!

FITNESS HOUR group exercise class is a total body workout that will hit all the components of fitness training- muscular strength, cardiovascular, and power. Incorporating the use of dumbbells, resistance bands, jump rope and body weight moves.

Get strong! Be strong! Get that energy and vitality back! Torch those calories and then say to yourself- YES! Finally! Everyone welcome! We can help with modifications to get you moving!
Bring water, mask, your own dumbbells if you have them, a mat.
