The Water Polution Control Authory is charged with the operation and maintenance of the municipal sewer system. The sewer system, which discharges into the Torrington system, and Thomaston system. and we receive from the Morris system. The WPCA Administrative Office administers sewer assessments, billing, collection of user fees and issues permits.
