Land Use Office:
The Land Use Office is responsible for coordinating the administration of land use activities throughout the Town of Litchfield. The staff provides information and coordinates administration with the elected or appointed members of the Planning and Zoning Commission, Inland Wetlands Commission, Aquifer Protection Agency, Conservation Commission, Design Review Committee and Zoning Board of Appeals.
The Land Use Office also processes zoning applications and permit
